What’s Included

Everything your new site will include:

01

Your brand. Amplified.

Your brand is everything: it’s how customers recognize you, how they know to trust you with their purchases, and your bread-and-butter. Make it amazing.

02

A website you can use

You don’t have to wait on outside developers for help updating your website. You can update products, images, and content easily, with the simple click of a button.

03

Future-proof functionality

Your customers don’t live in 2015, so your website shouldn’t be stuck there, either. Make sure your website has the functionality your customers demand so they don’t shop anywhere else.

04

Technology that grows with you

Your website needs to load quickly and run without any performance issues, 24/7/365.

05

Automate everything

When an order comes in, it needs to move through the fulfillment process quickly and seamlessly. Customers want their products fast, so automate as much of this as humanly possible.

06

Let your salespeople work

Your salespeople have one job — and it’s not answering phone calls asking basic questions: It’s selling your product. Make the most of their time with a website that educates customers.

07

Make it easy to order

Customers want to place new orders and see past orders without feeling overwhelmed. Your new site should make ordering so simple it can be done in just a few clicks.

08

Be connected

Know exactly where each order is in fulfillment and have a clear projection of this quarter’s sales. Your website should be connected with all your tools (accounting, order management, and more) so you aren’t guessing for a moment.

WARNING

Pretty websites don’t make sales

Growth-driven websites do. Our strategies and insights will streamline your eCommerce site and help you take it to the next level. But serious success means serious commit — you’ve got to show up and put in the work.

The blueprinting program is a fully-complete service, done for you and your website uniquely, so that you can stop worrying about the messy side of tech. (Like your website, and breaking your website when you want to make an update, and how your systems aren’t smartly connected, and...)

The blueprinting program takes all of that off your plate. You’ll get a website that is fully automated and customer-centric, meaning you spend less time on basic phone calls and more time focusing on growing your business.

We’ll handle this for you

How it Works

We’ll provide you with a blueprinting plan, which is a high-level, comprehensive overview that will outline the brand and design strategy you need, the functional capabilities and third-party integrations you want, how your new website will work, and where you can expect to see benefits.

We’ll distill and clarify everything that makes your brand unique, making sure you have a brand identity that customers will recognize and trust.

Your website has to be uncluttered and welcoming, not overwhelming. We’ll be working to create a site designed just for your customers, to use quickly and easily.

We know what functionality your customers want, as well as what your new site has to have. With no fluff, just solid recommendations, you’ll have everything you need.

Sessions where we will implement the roadmap and actively move you towards your goals. You can expect weekly updates about our progress, so you’ll always know where we are.

Your responsibility will be to ensure that we have all the information needed to do our job. Make sure that your key decision makers will have time to chat with us during the blueprinting program; the more we learn about what they need, the better we can plan for your new website to overcome each pain point they express.

Nope. If you happen to have an in-house team that can implement the ideas in our roadmap, that’s totally cool with us: Our job is to give you the full situation report -- where you are, where you want to go, and what needs to be done.

Oof. We’re sorry to hear you had a bad experience. We want to make sure that we partner with clients who are a great fit, and who we’ll be able to do our best work for. We’re straightforward about saying something at the outset if we don’t feel that energy, and if we partner with you, you’ll reap the benefits of our 15+ year experience in this space, giving us the knowledge needed to make tons of projects a success.
